Women Empowerment Initiative | Swayam Sidhha India | Handmade Bags by Women Artisans

Swayam Sidhha empowers women across India by providing skill training, work opportunities, and sustainable livelihoods through handcrafted eco-friendly products. Discover our mission, stories, and impact.

Swayam Sidhha was born from a simple yet powerful belief: When a woman earns, the entire family rises.

Many talented women across India hold immense skill, creativity, and determination — but lack resources, opportunities, and recognition. To bridge this gap, Swayam Siddha provides structured training, design guidance, material support, and consistent work opportunities.

Women who once faced limitations — financial, social, or personal — now create beautiful handcrafted eco-bags and accessories from their own homes or community centers.

This initiative does not just give them income. It gives them identity, dignity, confidence, and self-reliance.

Swayam Sidhha means “A woman who rises by her own strength.” And that is the story we celebrate every day.
